Supporting underprivileged youth in the Yarmouth area who wish to be involved in sports
The JStrong Fund is named in memory of Jadon Robinson, a Yarmouth teen who loved all sports, especially football. The foundation will help youth access sport, who otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford to play.
Jadon tragically lost his life in a car accident in 2015. Sports were a big part of the amazing person Jadon was and the legacy he has left behind. Jadon felt every child should have the same ability to experience the tremendous, sometimes life-changing influence that recreational sports can bring, regardless of his or her family’s finances.
The purpose of this fund is to ensure that youth can have the same positive experiences by providing financial assistance to underprivileged youth who wish to be involved in sports/recreational play.
Youth residing in the Yarmouth area with demonstrated financial need will be eligible for funding from the JSTRONG Fund when funding becomes available.
