The Guysborough County Youth Arts Education Fund was created to support young people in our community who are passionate about the arts. Open to youth and young adults aged 16 to 30, this Fund helps cover the cost of educational opportunities in the arts—such as classes, workshops, training programs, or tuition.

Whether you’re just starting your artistic journey or deepening your craft, this fund is here to support your learning. We believe that when local youth have access to education in the arts, it strengthens our whole community. Applicants can receive up to $1,000 per year, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Funding is awarded as needed throughout the year, until the annual budget is fully allocated.
